These terms cover this website and its waitlist. They do not cover the ORXA API, because the ORXA API is not available yet — it will have its own terms when it is.

The site

This site describes a product in development. Everything on it is a description of intent, not a commitment: features, capabilities, timings and naming may change, and some of what is described may not ship at all. Capabilities that do not exist yet are labelled as such, and we intend to keep it that way.

Figures and examples

Any performance or cost figures shown are drawn from our own workloads and are illustrative. They are not a guarantee of the results you will get, which depend on your data, your tasks and how you use the service. Terminal examples on this site render a planned API and are labelled accordingly.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee you access, or oblige us to launch. It is a request to be told when the product is ready. SeePrivacy for what we do with your details.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, submit other people’s personal data through the form, or use the form to send automated or bulk submissions.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, CombyCode Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here while the product is in development.
